"State municipal state enterprise" Usharal City Center for children's creativity" of the state institution of the Department of Education of Alakol District of the Department of education of Almaty region was opened in December 2000.

In total, 610 students aged 6-17 years are covered by additional education in the usharal City Center for children's creativity.
Currently, 14 teachers teach students.
The center has 17 clubs, 3 areas (music, art and career guidance):
In the direction of music: Dombra, vocals, folk ensemble, Terme, piano,choir, traditional song, kobyz.
In the field of Art: Fine Arts, dance, art, poetry, puppet theater
In the direction of career guidance, there are clubs: Robotics, English, sewing, togyzkumalak.
A necessary link in the education of the individual, its creative development and self – development is art education. The center is located in the direction of additional artistic and aesthetic education
